all the inside parts look good, piston rod crank, bearings noisy, think somebody had the cam timing off when put back together, head valves, everything looks good, don't know about the pump, seems to be non functional, gooped up with varnish i think, piston looks like it has never been run, and so do the valves...lifters are very sticky..
it was locked up when i got it.. all loose now....and apart...lol

There's a guy who goes into the HobbyTown USA in Wichita who had replaced a bunch of 4-stroke bearings and done refreshes/cleanups. I don't think he's ever done anything with a pump though...

I saw your location said "Kansas," which area are you in?

    Just south of Wichita eh?

If you want to PM me your info (just first name and phone number), I can forward it to the guy I know. If I was still working at HobbyTown I'd say just bring it by, but I'd probably try to talk to this guy directly rather than the guys up there at the moment. Not a lot of 4-stroke disassembly experience any more.

Do a web search on "BJ's Engine Repair" I am sure he can do your work. But it might be cheaper just to get a new engine. He also sells used engines.
