Here are some of the photos Paul sent us.

    1. Russ Prince from Orlando, FL was one of the first night fliers with his well lit T-Rex 500. He used five colors of Turnigy light strips, cut to the lengths needed, and then self wired the combination to produce this excellent example of a night flying helicopter.

    2. Joel Rosenzweig hovers his electric Vario Erickson AirCrane. 10S batteries with a 10,000 mah capacity gives this 6 bladed 40 lb. helicopter a 9 minute flight.

    3. Factory Mikado pilot Andy Rummer put on an aerobatic flying demo with his Logo 600E in a Hughes 500 fuselage. 1600 rpm produced slow and graceful maneuvers with this large and easy to see giant helicopter.

    4. Denis came all the way from Montreal, Quebec, Canada to fly his scale helicopters at the Nats. Here he is with his Hirobo Jet Ranger, MD-500E and monstor MD-500D, which are only three of his fleet of 22 scale helicopters.

    5. Curtis (Youngblood - of course) and Nick Maxwell flew their new Rave ENV helicopters to first and second place in the 2010 Nats FAI F3C event. Both used the electric powered version of this new helicopter for maximum power and performance.

    6. Overseas Sales Manager "Mooney" Taklamure, Hiroki Ito (current F3C world champion) and Shinya Kunii (designer of the Vibe 550) pose with their Vibe 90 SG after the last Nats flight.

    7. Ray Stacy with his 14 year old son Clyde who is only inches away from being the number one 3D flyer in the world. Maybe next year Kyle.

    8. This HH52 Sea Guard is a one of it's kind, being developed from a similar model. The gear is down and welded on this one, but the number of hand made rivits is a thing to behold.

    9. Tom Gregory of American RC Helicopters - formerly Kavan helicopter - holds his Jet Ranger with updated ccpm mechanics.

    10. Chris Bergen shows off his fleet of fine helicopters. His standard helicopter is the large gasser, but also has a strong following of turbine customers.

    11. Radical flying was standard at the Jamboree. The only straight and level flying were from the scale helicopters, and even some of them were into the 3D maneuvering.

    12. Jeremy Clancy of Baltimore, MD was the grand prize winner of this ready to fly Avant E Aurora helicopter with Spektrum DX8 radio. To say he was greatly surprised and excited would be a gross understatement.

    13. Dave Millner, IRCHA president, starts the day early and ends it late. Overseeing his band of volunteers to make sure everything runs smoothly and on time, he is the busiest man at the Jamboree.

    14. The end of the last day of the 2010 IRCHA Jamboree gave way to a party atmosphere as everyone relaxed to watch the many prizes being given away, which was closely followed by some of the best night flying we have ever seen.
